All payments are processed through secure third-party providers: Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo. Butter Me Up Bakery does not store your credit card numbers or sensitive financial details on our servers.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged into your account and manage your shopping cart. Additionally, we use Google Analytics to monitor site traffic and improve our user experience. This data is used for internal business decisions only; we do not sell your data to third parties or run third-party advertisements on our site.

We use your contact information for transactional purposes, such as order receipts and pickup reminders. If you have opted-in at registration, we may send you weekly menu updates. We may also attempt to contact you by phone if an order is not collected during your scheduled window.

Account data is maintained for 5 years from your last login date to ensure records of store credit or gift certificates are preserved. After 5 years of inactivity, accounts may be closed and personal data purged.

You may request a copy of your data or account deletion by emailing admin@buttermeupbakery.com. Please note that account deletion requests for accounts with active balances are subject to our Gift Card Terms of Use and applicable state law.
